A link to the online class change request form is located below. This form will close on August 30th. Please understand that due to the size of our student body, there is little room for movement. Schedule changes will only be considered based on space availability. Also keep in mind the request form is for elective changes only. Team changes will not be considered nor will changes to facilitate different teachers or lunch periods. ​

Fort Herriman Middle School will be presenting Disney's Beauty and the Beast Jr. on April 10 - 12 beginning at 6:00 PM in the school auditorium.  Tickets are free but are necessary to attend the musical.  They are available on Eventbrite starting April 1. and can be acquired through the links below.

There will also be standby tickets available at the door each night of the performance.

Any 9th grade students interested in attending the college tour field trip to Utah Valley University on Thursday March 28th will need to complete the sign-up form on the FHMS counseling website or linked below. You must register before March 18th to be considered, it will be on a first come first serve basis, and spots will fill quickly. This is a great opportunity to explore your interests at one of the great colleges that Utah has to offer!

We warmly welcome our new principal, Mr. Eric Price. Mr. Price comes to us from West Jordan Middle School, where he served as an administrator for the past four years. Prior to that, has served as an administrator, athletic director, and history teacher in Houston, Texas. He enjoys watching sporting events, reading, and spending time with his family. We are excited to have you join the FHMS family, Mr. Price!

Student-Led Conferences is a scheduled activity that includes the students and parents(s) or guardian(s).  During the conferences, students will present a portfolio of their work from the beginning of the semester.  They will also be setting goals for themselves and preparing to present their progress their parent(s) or guardian(s).

Conferences will he held at Fort Herriman Middle School on Tuesday, February 12 with appointments at 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 7:00 PM and and Wednesday, February 13 with appointments at 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 6:00 PM.

To schedule a conference time, please go to your Skyward Family Access (http://skystu.jordan.k12.ut.us) between January 25, 2019 and February 6, 2018 and follow the instructions outlined below.

  • On the left side of the screen toward the bottom, click the Conferences button
  • Choose All Conferences next to the student's name you wish to schedule a conference for and select an available time and day.
    • Student-Led Conferences will start in your students's TA class at the top of the hour (ex: 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, etc.).  You will see five time slots for each hour of the conferences.  The times showing will appear as one-minute increments--this just means that there are five appointments to choose from for the first 15 minutes of each hour.
  • Once you have scheduled and saved your appointment time, you will receive a reminder email five days before and two days before your scheduled appointment
