A link to the online class change request form is located below. This form will close on August 30th. Please understand that due to the size of our student body, there is little room for movement. Schedule changes will only be considered based on space availability. Also keep in mind the request form is for elective changes only. Team changes will not be considered nor will changes to facilitate different teachers or lunch periods.

Fort Herriman Middle School will be presenting Disney's Beauty and the Beast Jr. on April 10 - 12 beginning at 6:00 PM in the school auditorium. Tickets are free but are necessary to attend the musical. They are available on Eventbrite starting April 1. and can be acquired through the links below.
There will also be standby tickets available at the door each night of the performance.
Any 9th grade students interested in attending the college tour field trip to Utah Valley University on Thursday March 28th will need to complete the sign-up form on the FHMS counseling website or linked below. You must register before March 18th to be considered, it will be on a first come first serve basis, and spots will fill quickly. This is a great opportunity to explore your interests at one of the great colleges that Utah has to offer!
Chick-fil-A in South Jordan is hosting a Fort Herriman Middle School Spirit Night on Tuesday, January 29th. A percentage of the sales (including drive thru, take-out, dine-in, and mobile orders) from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM will be donated to the school. Please see the attached flier for further details.
Candy Grams will be on sale during lunch on January 29, 30, and 31. Candy and notes will be delivered to TA classes on Valentine's Day--February 14. For more information and pricing, please review this flier.
We warmly welcome our new principal, Mr. Eric Price. Mr. Price comes to us from West Jordan Middle School, where he served as an administrator for the past four years. Prior to that, has served as an administrator, athletic director, and history teacher in Houston, Texas. He enjoys watching sporting events, reading, and spending time with his family. We are excited to have you join the FHMS family, Mr. Price!
