FHMS is hosting the best week of the year, starting May 16th and going till May 20th its time to get out there and show some kindness!
Monday: Everyone will be receiving their wrist bands and start their acts of kindness
Tuesday: The hope wall during lunch

7th Grade Job Shadows
Excited to get a jump start into your future career? Now is your opportunity to experience it hands on! All 7th graders interested in the job shadow need to have transportation arranged by May 18th, so they may arrive to their Job Shadows May 19th.

All entries need to be submitted to Mr, Wilde or Ms, Millsap by May 11th. There will be a Monday reception May 16th from 3 to 5 pm.

Save the date Diamondbacks! Our annual musical opens this Wednesday April 20th at 6pm. Come cheer on and support our amazingly talented cast/crew of Annie Jr. You will need a ticket (so come early), but the ticket price is FREE; donations are appreciated and more than welcome. College & Career Fair
Parents & Students,
Fort Herriman Counseling Center would like to invite you to our biggest event of the year, which is the College & Career Fair. This fair will be held on Thursday April 7th from 5:00-7:00 in the FHMS Gymnasium. We will have eight different college representatives to answer questions and give out information about their school. We will also have reps from the JATC and Utah Education Savings Plan. We have eight different college and career themed games, prizes donated from different colleges, and a cotton candy machine. Everyone is invited from elementary students to grandparents, so bring out the entire family to have fun and help your student become college and career ready.
Registration for the 2016-17 School Year
Registration for the 2016-17 school year is here! Please be aware of the following dates:
Incoming 7th grade - Thursday Feb. 4 at 4:30 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. there will be an information session in the FHMS auditorium (2 sessions, pick the one you want to attend).
Incoming 8th grade - Information will be given out on Thursday, January 28, during pod classes.
Incoming 9th grade - Wednesday, January 27 at 4:30 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. there will be an information session in the FHMS auditorium (2 sessions, pick the one you want to attend).
Course requests will be completed online at fhmscounseling.org, click on the registration tab. All requests will be due in byFebruary 10. Applications for the 9th grade honors team will be due by February 12, in the Counseling Center. If you have a student returning to Fort Herriman from a charter school please make sure to fill out an intent to return form available at the registration meetings or in the FHMS Counseling Center.
